We only buy from the most trusted sources and our fish is always processed & packaged in professional, certified facilities. Our team is either personally involved in harvesting our fish, or can be found on the docks offloading and examining our purchased catch to ensure that we are both putting money directly into the hands of the fishermen and that we are, in fact, receiving a top quality product. Our seafood is bought in boutique quantities to better ensure that our certified wild-caught, certified sustainable seafood is fresh and of the highest standards possible.
