Flash-freezing sockeye salmon locks in the freshness that you desire when selecting wild-caught salmon. Fresh seafood tastes the best, which is why we only provide flash-frozen fish to our customers. Flash freezing is the process of quickly freezing fish at extremely low temperatures, which seals in its natural freshness, flavor, and consistency. It also prevents issues arising such as parasites (yuck!) and rot.

2. Standard and Quality
Our Salmon meets the health and safety standards that allow us to enter the world-class restaurant market. Because this is the FRESHEST fish possible, it is in high demand with some of the best restaurants in the world. 3. Long-lasting
Flash-frozen sockeye salmon has a much longer shelf life than fresh seafood. When salmon is flash frozen, it can be preserved for several months without losing quality or taste. This allows us to bring our customers high-quality sockeye salmon throughout the year, regardless of the fishing season. You’ll notice our salmon has a much deeper red/orange color than those sitting in the store cooler. That’s because we don’t sell farm-raised salmon.
